Sarah’s career journey started off in Human Resources for a law firm in the city. However, thanks to her family’s property portfolio, she developed a vested interest in property and worked during the weekends and holidays for a local letting agent in Leytonstone. In 2008, an opportunity opened up for Sarah to join Yellands, where she has truly flourished. Sarah is a friendly, approachable person who loves leading the team with an ethos rooted in family values and integrity. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family, reading and travel.

Head of Lettings

Jay joined the Yellands family in 2008 and instantly became an integral part of the team. Whether he is overseeing in selling or letting transactions, imparting his expertise on tenant rights or providing insights on how to improve a client’s property, his knowledge is all-encompassing. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we can safely say there isn’t much he doesn’t know about property, and he is very willing to impart his knowledge wherever possible. Jay likes to relax by spending time with his family and is an ardent follower of West Ham United Football Club.

Graham Brick

Thanks to Graham’s background and experience in engineering, he has cultivated immense knowledge of the building industry. Graham specialises a gas safe domestic and commercial engineer, which enables him to work with a team of contractors 24/7 to maintain, repair and upgrade the properties we oversee for our clients. We can assure that our inhouse team are both efficient and cost effective at resolving the daily maintenance issues that often arise during property management. The team also confidently manage work on larger building projects which often ranges from alterations to refurbishments.

Head of sales

James’s passion for property spans over 50 years. It started when he was working as an apprentice for a prestigious Civil Engineering firm in Victoria, and its where he developed his passion for the property industry. It’s his consistent diligence and research that has led him to build a successful property portfolio that involves his family initiative. In 2008, he noticed a reoccurring demand during what was a tumultuous financial time and so shifted his attention to helping landlords in managing their portfolios with industry guidance. Thanks to the immense support of his family and team, he successfully oversees a vast portfolio of 500 properties.

Kirsty is the newest addition to the Yellands family and is well known in the local area for her wealth of Knowledge in all things Property.

Kirsty is a bit of an all-rounder, but she really comes into her own when in the nuts and bolts of a sale progression. Honing her skills over 2 decades, there isn’t a conceivable scenario that will faze this lady. Thriving on pressure, Kirsty takes great pride in getting her clients, buyers and sellers alike, transactions over the line.

Kirsty is a people person and loves nothing more than discussing the nuances of her clients’ requirements over an informal cuppa. Her real passion though is providing a service that exceeds expectation and is at the core of everything she does.
